Under the leadership of Apostle David Wilkerson and Apostle Wanda Wilkerson, and supported by Pastor Priscilla as Pastor, TCOR provides apostolic covering, pastoral care, spiritual governance, and prophetic alignment to help believers and leaders grow, mature, and walk effectively in their Kingdom assignment.
We exist to equip, align, and send—raising reformers prepared to impact churches, communities, and nations for the glory of God.
Our Mandate
TCOR Apostolic International Ministries exists to restore apostolic order, equip believers, and raise reformers who advance the Kingdom of God in the earth. We are called to build strong spiritual foundations, align leaders according to God’s divine design, and prepare believers to walk in authority, maturity, and obedience to their Kingdom assignment. Our mandate is not rooted in tradition, but in truth—grounded in the Word of God and led by the Holy Spirit.
Through apostolic leadership, sound doctrine, and prophetic insight, we equip individuals and leaders to function effectively in the Church, in communities, and across nations—impacting lives for the glory of Go

Our Leadership
TCOR Apostolic International Ministries is led by Apostle David Wilkerson and Apostle Wanda Wilkerson, who serve as senior apostolic leaders providing spiritual oversight, governance, and visionary direction.
Together, they carry a mandate to build, align, and equip Kingdom leaders according to God’s divine order. Their leadership is rooted in sound doctrine, spiritual maturity, and a commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God beyond traditional church structures.
Apostle Dawn Johannes serves as Associate Apostle, supporting the apostolic vision through leadership, alignment, and ministry oversight. She works in unity with the senior apostles to help strengthen leaders, advance Kingdom initiatives, and uphold apostolic order within the ministry.
Pastor Priscilla,Pastor, serves alongside the apostolic leadership, overseeing pastoral care, spiritual nurturing, and the day-to-day shepherding of the ministry. She ensures that the people of God are cared for, supported, and strengthened as they grow in faith and maturity.
Together, the apostolic and pastoral leadership of TCOR Apostolic International Ministries functions with clarity, order, accountability, and care, equipping believers to walk fully in their kingdom assignment.
